Julie Donaruma 
Website Development Manager

Julie Donaruma is the Website Development Manager at MBJ Network, bringing a strong technical foundation and collaborative mindset to the organization’s digital initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science from Keene State College, where her academic focus spanned machine learning, web design, database systems, and software development providing her with a well-rounded, practical approach to modern web technologies.

Julie is driven by a clear vision to elevate MBJ Network’s web presentation in 2026, ensuring the company’s digital platforms are not only visually engaging but also scalable, efficient, and aligned with brand strategy. Her work emphasizes performance, usability, and adaptability as the organization continues to grow within the Media & Marketing space.

In addition to development leadership, Julie works closely across MBJ Network’s various marketing departments, helping bridge technical execution with creative and strategic goals. By fostering cross-team collaboration and refining internal processes, she plays a key role in building an efficient workflow that empowers teams to move faster, communicate better, and deliver cohesive digital experiences.

Anli Huang 
Website Development Assistant

Anli Huang is a Website Development Assistant at MBJ Network, bringing a strong blend of design thinking, technical expertise, and AI-driven product experience to the team. She is excited to join MBJ Network in preparation for the 2026 launch, where she looks forward to contributing to the growth and refinement of the company’s digital presence.

Anli is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Experience Design at Pratt Institute in New York (expected 2027). She also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communication from Renmin University of China, where she built a solid foundation in user-centered design, visual systems, and digital communication. Her academic background uniquely positions her at the intersection of design, technology, and user experience.

Her professional experience reflects a strong focus on AI technology and UX strategy. As a UI/UX Product Designer,  and recommendation-based systems.

Her work has involved onboarding design, AI-driven recommendation flows, data-informed design iteration, and usability testing—resulting in measurable improvements in user efficiency and error reduction.

 

At MBJ Network, Anli is eager to support website development initiatives while collaborating closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams. Her passion for AI-enhanced digital experiences, combined with her strong research and design background, makes her a valuable addition as the organization builds toward a high-impact and forward-thinking web presence in 2026.

Micheal Bentley
Live Events | Production Manager

Micheal Bentley is one of the original members of MBJ Network and a cornerstone of the organization’s live event operations. With experience spanning over 50 live events, Michael has played a critical role in productions ranging from music concerts and nightclub events to large-scale MMA tournaments throughout the Midwest.

Bringing more than a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, Michael’s background as a certified security professional and production manager gives him a unique dual perspective on live events—balancing safety, structure, and efficiency with creative execution. His expertise allows production teams to operate smoothly in high-pressure environments while maintaining professional standards across all venues.

Michael takes particular pride in spearheading logistics planning for MBJ Network’s production teams. From coordinating event flow and access points to managing crew positioning and timelines, his planning ensures each production is executed with precision. Equally important is his eye for content capture—Michael is highly skilled at identifying the right shot angles and vantage points that elevate event coverage and enhance the final visual product.

As an original member of MBJ Network, Michael Bentley’s dedication, experience, and leadership continue to shape the company’s approach to live event production, making him an invaluable asset to both the team and the brand’s ongoing growth.

Jarel Stewart 
Production Assistant

Jarel Stewart is a Production Assistant at MBJ Network, joining the team in 2025 with a focus on covering MMA events across the Midwest. As a recent graduate of the Illinois Media School, Jarel specialized in Digital Media Production, where he developed hands-on skills in video production, on-location shooting, and content creation for live and recorded media.

Driven by a strong interest in sports media and event coverage, Jarel is eager to apply his technical training in fast-paced, real-world environments. His role supporting MMA event production allows him to build practical experience while contributing to dynamic, high-energy content that aligns with MBJ Network’s growing presence in sports and combat media.

Jarel approaches his work with a learning-first mindset, seeking every opportunity to sharpen his craft, expand his production knowledge, and grow within the industry. At the same time, he is committed to supporting the broader development of MBJ Network by delivering reliable production assistance and contributing to the team’s creative and operational success as the brand continues to expand.
